each facility or campus, there must be at least one meter on an eligible rate
schedule and no meters on an ineligible rate schedule

rate schedules are as follows:

Power Company: GS, OGS, LGS-1, OLGS-1, LGS-2, LGS-3 and LGS-X
§
Sierra Pacific Power Company: GS-1, GS-2, GS-2-TOU, OGS-1-TOU, OGS-2-TOU,
GS-3, and GS-4

Any facility or campus with an ineligible account (other than residential - see
below) is ineligible
to participate in the program

Ineligible
rate schedules are as follows:

Power Company: any standby service tariff
§
Sierra
Pacific Power Company: any standby service tariff

Any
residential rate schedule

Any facility or campus with residential meters may only complete
retrofits in those areas that are served by commercial rate schedules
