Program Process

Submit a Sure Bet Pre-notification Application for Prescriptive
and Custom incentives over $7,500. (strongly recommended
for all other projects to reserve funding- see Pre-Notification);
q
Install the qualified technology (see Eligible
Projects);
q
Complete, sign and submit the Sure
Bet Incentive Application;
q
Pre- and Post-inspections may be required (see Inspections);
q
The incentive check will be sent within 4 to 6 weeks (see Payment
Process).
Note that one simple form serves as both the
Pre-Notification Application and the Final Incentive Application.
The applicant either checks Pre-Notification or Final Application at the
top of the 2nd page of the application form.
